THREE WAYS TO ORDER:

On-Line with your credit card. FAX in your order. Include your name and address, the items and quantity you want and include a credit card number and exp. date, and shipping method Express or Priority.

Print out order form and fill it out to mail with check or money order.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can exchange or refund it in accordance with our exchange/return policy.

Our Return & Exchange Policy Is Simple

Contact us by email within 30 days of receipt of your order. You may return or exchange any of the following items:
  • any Hawaiian shirt in its original condition
  • any piece of Hawaiian jewelry that was not personalized Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for Hawaiian jewelry pieces that were personalized with your name or other custom words.
Return/Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of your order.

If you notice something wrong with your order (defects, damage incurred during shipping, etc), please contact us within 30 days by email. We will accept all returns/exchanges for these items (including personalized jewelry).

Return for a refund

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include a copy of your receipt with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Postage/shipping fee is not refundable.

To do an exchange

To exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value, just send back the items postage paid with a note of what you want to exchange to from our available selections. In your note give us your name and a copy of your receipt (or your order number.) Once we receive the items, we will ship your new items to you.

For both options we require that the products be returned postage paid, undamaged, and new condition. For the exchange option, we also require the customer to cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item.

SPEED OF DELIVERY:

After you place your order, it usually takes us about 2 to 3 business days to process it. We will ship your purchase to you as soon the order has been processed. We will notify you via email when your purchase has been shipped.

Please note that personalized Hawaiian jewelry will take longer to ship out than other items.

SHIPPING:

UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Delivery are available. Prices are based on weight and UPS Shipping Rates. Hawaiian jewelry can only be shipped by UPS.
